Campaigns

A campaign is the operational container for an aspirant's race. Campaigns have a lifecycle:

1. Planning — team setup, strategy, calendar building
2. Active — daily ops, broadcasts, events, volunteer mobilisation
3. Election Week — heightened-integrity protocol active

Creating a campaign

Only an aspirant (or a delegated party admin) can create a campaign on behalf of an aspirant. Once created, the aspirant can invite a campaign manager, who in turn invites coordinators and team members.

Phases & permissions

Each phase exposes the right tools to the right roles. For example:

• During Planning, the campaign manager can edit the team roster freely.
• During Active, all members can act on tasks within their scope.
• During Election Week, sensitive operations are flagged for review.
